Our story began with a mission to promote collaboration, communication, and transparency while scaling to new heights. As we integrated systems, automated processes, built workflows, and expanded our community, monday.com Work OS emerged as a powerful platform for teams to achieve their work visions. On June 10th, 2021, we celebrated a milestone by going public on Nasdaq, marking the start of a new era. Today, we’re a multi-product company, empowering people and teams globally with tools for impactful work. I have a wide range of interests, spanning from managing freshwater and saltwater fish tanks and breeding clownfish, corals, and shrimp to motocross, street biking, welding, machinist work, and DIY projects. I also enjoy gardening, riding my Goped, and have managed an Airbnb in Twain Harte, CA, for 25 years. I’m actively involved in my community, volunteering at the animal shelter walking dogs, serving with the Livermore-Pleasanton Community Emergency Response Team, and supporting the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department.
Professionally, I run a full-service marketing agency that specializes in web design, SEO, and PPC ads. I also own Client Sync Solutions, offering expert consulting for monday.com, a versatile work management platform. My 10-acre farm in Calaveras County is a source of constant activity, as are my interests in ham radio, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and the Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network (AREDN) project.
In addition, I volunteer with local fire teams to help evacuate animals during emergencies. I credit my strong passion and work ethic to my wonderful parents, Nancy and Rowland, and my grandparents, Frank and Virginia Stone, who continue to inspire me daily.
